TECHNICAL SPECS:
The PhysiPod Component Orthotics offer additional components to optimise your Orthotic and better tailor it to your individual needs. The pack comes with Rear and Forefoot ‘Postings’ of 0˚, 2˚and 4˚ to provide additional correction. It also has a Unique Arch Filler, for added arch support and stability. The Arch Filler has been specifically engineered to fit the arch space perfectly, allowing the Orthotic an immediate conversion from Medium to Firm correction. This is especially useful for those  playing high impact sport and for those requiring extra support to the arch.  It also has 2 PMP pads and 2 Met Bars for customising all of your traditional forefoot complaints and a single Heel Raise, (EVA), for leg length discrepancies.  These  features  are UNIQUE to PhysiPod and offer you greater value for money, as you are not paying extra for these additions
All of the additions come with a self adhering tape. Simply peel back the paper to reveal the double sided tape and adhere to the base of the Orthotic in the matching indented areas. There is a soft, semi-adhered neoprene Topcover –  anti-bacterially and anti- fungally treated. The topcover has a 2mm overhang to allow for extra forefoot padding if required. A generous medial flange has also been provided to palliate the medial structures. If not needed, trim away. The forefoot has been tapered to a 2mm thickness, allowing it to better fit into the shoe. The premium EVA is also heat mouldable and grindable.

This kit is designed to SAVE the Therapist both time and money, whilst still allowing you to customise a superior corrective device that you can dispense immediately, at the time of the consultation. All you need is a pair of scissors and a pen to mark off the areas you want to offload. Mark up chair side, stick the additions on and fit immediately.
